Whilst the following timescales are based on industry agreed service level agreements, these agreements are not backed by any regulation - therefore port orders can often exceed these timescales due to third party delays that are outside of Ziron's control.
All timescales are in working days and start from the point an order is acknowledged by Ziron as submitted, excluding any pre-notified shutdown of Ziron and industry partner's porting desks (e.g. over Christmas and New Year). Working days are Monday to Saturday for UK GNP single line ports, and Monday to Friday for all other port types.
