Why has 20% been deducted from the payment I sent?

Ziron is a UK VAT registered company, which means that for UK users and EU users without a valid EU VAT number, all charges are subject to UK VAT at 20%. 

Your VAT status is determined by the information you provide when you signup for a Ziron account. You can change your details via the Ziron dashboard under 'Profile > Settings' in the 'Contact and Account Details' section. VAT information can be added on the same page under 'Financial Settings' 

Please note: all EU VAT numbers are subject to verification with the EU VIES service. This verification process may result in a short delay to the update of your account VAT status.
